No problems with Alessandro - the process of dropping off and picking up the bags was quick and easy. However, the store closes for lunch, information that does not appear at Radical Storage. Something to change.

Pretty good
Quite convenient, from app to physical experience. Blanket 5 euros per bag was a bit confusing with relation to bag size. Is a large suitcase and laptop bag worth the same? Would be nice for there to be a small bag option.
