I thought the booking process was a bit confusing at first because we didn't realise the concept was to store your bags in a shop/hotel rather than a place called "Radical Storage" so we were standing outside the address wondering if we'd been scammed until we figured out what was going on. The previous brand name 'Bag BnB' made more sense.

At first, we felt a little bit awkward because we were leaving our luggage at Julio’s own place rather than a dedicated storage facility with cameras. Super friendly and easy! We were in Colmar for the Christmas Market and dropped our bags here. It’s only about an 8-minute walk from the train station, so the location worked really well for us. The staff were nice and the whole process was quick. The only small thing is that the luggage was kept in their breakfast area with a bunch of other bags, instead of in a separate room. But since the hotel isn’t directly on a busy street, we still felt like everything was safe. Overall, a good experience and definitely convenient!
