I thought the booking process was a bit confusing at first because we didn't realise the concept was to store your bags in a shop/hotel rather than a place called "Radical Storage" so we were standing outside the address wondering if we'd been scammed until we figured out what was going on. At first, we felt a little bit awkward because we were leaving our luggage at Julio’s own place rather than a dedicated storage facility with cameras. The staff were nice and the whole process was quick. The only small thing is that the luggage was kept in their breakfast area with a bunch of other bags, instead of in a separate room. But since the hotel isn’t directly on a busy street, we still felt like everything was safe. Overall, a good experience and definitely convenient!
