Unclear that we had to call the location to get the code. Also we weren't aware there wouldn't be a person on sight with the luggage. However, it was easy to come and grab items and leave things there.

Everything went smooth - even if the procedure of self checking in the luggage was a little uncommon to us. Prompt response on the phone and a fair price convinced us to choose Radica again next time for sure.
